If you would like to discover Mount Teide in a fun and different way this 3 hours Buggy Safari Volcano Tour is done for you. Inside the 2024 Polaris RZR Buggys, you will have everything you need to push the limits for an adventure of a lifetime. Explore the National Park in search of a thrilling trip through woods, hidden roads, and a unique landscape of craters. The buggy is automatic and very easy to drive it will be allowed you to reach every possible peak and have a perfect view of the lunar landscape.
We will pick you up just outside your hotel or apartment 30 minutes before the start of the excursion at 8:45 am (morning excursion) or 11:45 pm (afternoon excursion).
After 20 minutes of driving, you will get to the Buggy garage where the excursion of the Buggy Safari Volcano Tour will start.
During each tour, the drivers will have a chance to swap, so don’t forget your license if you are planning to drive the Buggys.
Before the tour starts, your Guide will take 10 minutes to deliver a full safety briefing explaining how to use the Buggys and go through the important security measures in place to ensure your safety.
The first stop is the picturesque tree of El Pino Gordo » the fittest» tree of canary islands. Here depending on the weather, you will be able to spot the other Canary Islands of La Gomera, La Palma, and El Hierro.
As you drive along you will experience how the landscape changes from the grand pines of the forest to the arid and vast rocks of the volcano. You will be impressed by what nature has been capable of delivering on this road. You will drive the buggy inside the first craters of the Volcano, which are 18km wide. Surrounded by the mountainous lunar landscape, it is a unique and surreal environment that will take you to the Mirador the Ucanca, at 2400 meters high. On the way home you will follow some off-road tracks back through the forest, where you can have even more fun.
